Welcome to the Flourishing Pen

The Flourishing Pen is a website dedicated to providing original art and limited edition prints at an affordable price.  At the present time, I am providing themed series of greeting cards.  Most of us send cards on regular basis, to family, friends and for special professional ties.

Why not combine a greeting or art card with your own personal message that can later be framed or tucked into a memory book?  At present I am offering three distinct lines of cards, with more to come. The categories are Simply Stated, Art Cards, and Baby Bears. This is a brief description of the cards:

The Art Cards focus on the relationship we as humans share with nature in all her splendor. The art cards are line drawings in color or black and white in limited edition prints in standard sizes.

The Simply Stated cards are contemporary designs that are oriented toward events in ones life such as birthday’s weddings, etc.  The Simply Stated cards are all handcrafted, some with embellishments.

The Baby Bear cards are thoughtful cards with a sentimental feel to them.

The uniqueness of the cards allows the sender to send a personal message to someone that can be saved as a treasured keepsake or matted and framed. The cards may be purchased blank, or hand-lettered calligraphy. The card stock used is archival and lignin free.
